In this video, we discuss what you can do at your worksite to promote employee safety if you have a small budget or are just starting a program. Having multiple layers of safety is critical, and many of those layers are free of significant amounts of money or other resources. These can include but are not limited to pre-shift warm-up programs, and stretch stations, along with new-hire orientation and body mechanics training to name a few.
